I certainly felt a little bit daunted when I took my first lesson but as soon as you settle into playing your first song then you start to love it. Great teachers have a way of helping you to relax and learn guitar through the music that you love.
In our first lesson we will start by talking about the type of guitar music that you like and your ambitions for learning guitar - from that we will then start learning our first song. For more advanced students we will look at the areas of guitar you are keen to improve on and start building a programme so that you can reach your guitar aims.
My guitar lessons are tailored to each individual student with a mix of exercises, songs and interesting tricks to help you excel on the guitar. I have my own dedicated teaching studio with lots of different guitars, amplifiers and effects that can be incorporated into our lessons. New students will even receive a free welcome pack of diagrams of chords, scales and exercises.
